2. Why did I make this document?

I value our conversations and interactions, and I want to make the most of our time together.

I have noticed that often our meetings involve a lot of time spent on sharing basic information that could have been shared beforehand.

And when basic information is shared beforehand, it lacks important information or has errors or I’m not given access to the file! And most times, there is no mention of relevant updates and tasks from previous meetings.

To optimize our time and energy, I created this document. By sharing information in advance and addressing any missing details, we can focus on connecting and supporting each other during our meetings.

3. What do I read when YOU share a document?

When I read a document shared by any of you, because you are important, I pay attention to every word visible on my screen. I give them all the same importance - so please do these three things

I understand if there was not enough time to collect all information and when there are blanks - just mention you need more time to collect that missing information or that missing information is not relevant for today’s discussion!
